ORDER CANCELLATION
ORDER CANCELLATION — VERSION: AUGUST 2026. 01 / CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please submit a cancellation request as soon as possible. OCTA Kiteboarding will attempt to cancel your order provided that it has not yet been dispatched. Because orders may be processed quickly, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can still be stopped before dispatch.
02 / BEFORE DISPATCH. If your order has not yet been dispatched and OCTA is able to stop the order, the order can be cancelled. Once the cancellation has been successfully processed, you will receive confirmation. If the complete order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, OCTA will refund the full amount paid for that order, including any standard shipping costs charged for that order. The refund will normally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed where legally permitted.
03 / ALREADY DISPATCHED? If your order has already been dispatched, OCTA may no longer be able to cancel the shipment. For eligible consumer purchases, this does not remove or restrict your statutory right of withdrawal. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the OCTA Returns procedure where applicable.
04 / CANCELLATION & RETURNS. The OCTA cancellation procedure is intended to help customers stop an order before it has been dispatched. It is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers where applicable. Failure to cancel an order before dispatch does not by itself remove any statutory consumer rights you may have after receiving the order. 05 / REFUNDS AFTER SUCCESSFUL CANCELLATION. If OCTA confirms that the complete order has been successfully cancelled before dispatch, OCTA will refund the amounts paid for the cancelled order. This includes the product price and any standard shipping charges paid for the cancelled order. Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
06 / PART OF AN ORDER. If you want to cancel only part of an order containing multiple products, explain this clearly in the cancellation request. OCTA will determine whether the requested item can still be removed before dispatch. If removing an item changes the conditions for a shipping discount, free-shipping threshold or other order-level promotion, the final order total may be recalculated where legally permitted. OCTA will communicate the applicable adjustment before or as part of processing the partial cancellation where necessary.
07 / REQUEST A CANCELLATION — CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Submit this form as soon as possible. OCTA will check whether your order can still be stopped before dispatch.
IMPORTANT. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. Your order is only considered cancelled once OCTA confirms that the cancellation has been successfully processed. If the order has already been dispatched, please use the Returns procedure where applicable.
